What is expected of you:

Follow-up with the leads provided to turn them into clients -
Request and manage confidential documents such as credit reports, income verification and bank statements

Develop new business opportunities and grow your client database

Build your knowledge of lender products, underwriting requirements, and how to handle complex mortgage scenarios

Outline all options for clients and make sure clients clearly understand commitment

Assist clients in decision making process by comparing interest rates, lender fees and calculating closing costs -
Utilize the mortgage software as well as CRM tools in order to streamline your business, as well as prepare deals for submission

Compliance with all relevant legal regulations and adherance to the Code of Ethics

Make sure all relevant paperwork between lenders and borrowers is submitted in a professional manner

Act with integrity and secure client’s credit reports along with personal documents
What you bring to the table:

Mortgage agent license in good standing
-

Build your knowledge of lending products and underwriting requirements

Outline all risks and options for clients to ensure the commitment letter is fully understood
